Job Summary:
The Hose & Coupling Technical Manager will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of hose and coupling systems for heavy plant machinery at Jwaneng Mine. This role involves leading a technical team, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and driving efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the technical team responsible for hose and coupling systems.
- Conduct inspections, oversee repairs, and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Provide training to staff on best practices and safety standards.
- Ensure optimal functionality and safety of all hose and coupling systems.
Required Qualifications:
- Certification in Hose & Coupling.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hose and coupling management.
- Strong understanding of Jachris Technologies and systems.
Skills:
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
