Job Summary:
We are looking for two experienced Indian Cuisine Chefs to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for preparing and presenting both buffet and à la carte meals, as well as managing ordering and stock takes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present authentic Indian buffet and à la carte dishes.
- Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering supplies and conducting stock takes.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Work extended hours when required to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications:
- Certificate in Food and Beverage Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in preparing and presenting Indian cuisine.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing kitchen operations, including stock management.
Skills:
- Excellent culinary skills in Indian cuisine.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
