Job Summary:
This role involves teaching and overseeing activities in a pre-school setting to support children's development and learning. The position also includes a Senior Teacher role, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs for pre-school children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment for learning and growth.
- Monitor and assess children’s progress and report to parents/guardians.
- Collaborate with staff and management to achieve educational goals.
- Senior Teacher: Oversee the daily operations of the school, providing guidance to other teachers and ensuring adherence to school policies.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in teaching pre-school children.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience is an advantage.
- Proven leadership skills (for the Senior Teacher role).
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage young learners and foster their development.
- Leadership and organizational abilities (for the Senior Teacher role).
