Role Overview:
The Client Support Specialist will assist Relationship Managers in delivering high-quality, client-centered solutions aimed at maximizing revenue, mitigating risk, and enhancing client satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide superior client service by processing requests and instructions efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of client-related transactions and inquiries.
  • Stay informed about the bank’s products, services, and industry trends to offer valuable insights to clients.
  • Maintain well-organized records of customer interactions, credit files, and communications.
  • Review and assess client applications for financial products and credit facilities.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant banking solutions to existing clients.
  • Act on client instructions and relay decisions made by approving authorities promptly and clearly.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and regulatory guidelines.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns and inquiries with a focus on providing timely resolutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a corporate banking setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Botswana’s financial and business environment.
