Job Description:
The Road Asset Manager / Quality Assurance Manager will oversee conformance and quality management of road projects, ensuring the development and implementation of quality control systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and manage the Forward Work Programme, including identifying and scheduling major interventions.
• Oversee network performance (routine maintenance) programs, pavement deterioration modeling, and required risk analysis.
• Handle disputes and conflicts during projects, facilitating resolutions with stakeholders.
• Perform other assignments as needed to meet service requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or a related field.
• Valid ERB practicing certificate.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.

• Minimum of 8 years in road construction and maintenance, including road asset data collection and analysis.

Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership and project management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
