Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dot Net Developer to join our dynamic IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance web and desktop applications using .NET technologies. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and a commitment to delivering scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using .NET technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with industry standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot existing systems to improve performance and resolve issues.
• Conduct code reviews to uphold high-quality development practices.
• Ensure application responsiveness, scalability, and reliability.
• Maintain technical documentation that is clear, accurate, and up to date.
• Participate in agile development activities including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in .NET development, including ASP.NET, C#, and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience working with databases such as SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with DevOps practices and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern UI frameworks or front-end libraries is a bonus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in .NET software development.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver on deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment.
