Job Description: We are seeking a creative and experienced Lead Game Designer to spearhead the development of engaging card and slot games. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game mechanics and player behavior, and a strong ability to lead a design team through all stages of the game development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the game design team in conceptualizing and executing innovative game mechanics, systems, and features.
• Collaborate with product managers, artists, and developers to ensure cohesive and engaging game experiences.
• Produce and maintain detailed game design documentation covering gameplay systems, level design, UI, and game balance.
• Oversee design processes from ideation through launch, refining mechanics based on testing and player feedback.
• Design compelling player progression systems, challenges, and reward structures.
• Ensure visual and audio assets align with gameplay and design vision.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to their professional growth.
• Lead discussions on game balance, difficulty curves, and monetization strategies.
• Work closely with UX/UI teams to optimize the user experience.
• Stay informed on game design trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Lead Game Designer or in a similar role within the gaming industry, specifically in card and slot games.
• Strong knowledge of game mechanics, player engagement models, and system design.
• Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring game designers.
• Familiarity with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine and design tools.
• Experience in designing monetization systems for free-to-play or casino-style games.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing engaging experiences.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for gaming with a deep understanding of player psychology and market trends.
• Ability to work in agile, cross-functional development environments.
