Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and visionary IT Director to lead our technology strategy and operations in the fast-paced Fintech industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital innovation, ensuring the seamless delivery of secure and scalable technology solutions aligned with regulatory standards and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a forward-thinking IT strategy aligned with business objectives and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of Fintech applications and technology platforms.
• Implement robust cybersecurity frameworks and ensure compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and UAE financial laws.
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to guarantee high availability and scalability.
• Lead IT budgeting, vendor negotiations, and strategic investment in emerging technologies.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experiences and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including compliance, operations, and product teams to support company growth.
• Integrate best practices in DevOps, blockchain, and AI to improve service delivery.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT team, promoting innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of senior IT leadership experience in the Fintech industry within the UAE.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage IT strategies, budgets, and large-scale projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Information Systems, MBA, or equivalent.
• Experience with AI, machine learning, and automation technologies in financial services.
• Certification in cloud, security, or IT management (e.g., CISSP, PMP, TOGAF).
