Job Description: A leading jewellery manufacturing company is seeking a highly experienced and passionate Operations Manager to lead factory operations. The ideal candidate will implement lean manufacturing practices, manage cross-functional teams, and drive productivity and quality across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement lean manufacturing principles in daily factory operations
• Analyze and report on daily production across departments
• Collaborate with the management team on strategic initiatives
• Meet productivity targets within set budgets
• Conduct training and development programs for staff
• Supervise skilled and unskilled workers in a high-pressure environment
• Ensure quality control processes and maintenance programs are enforced

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Management or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal training in manufacturing or industrial operations

Skills:

• Computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Capability to manage a dynamic workforce
• Resilient and able to work under pressure

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in jewelry manufacturing
• Experience building supplier relationships and managing large teams
