Job Description: A jewellery manufacturing company is hiring skilled Jewellery Artisans across the following specialties: Refining, Filing, Casting/Waxing, Polishing, and Setting. The successful candidates will be responsible for producing, repairing, and customizing high-quality jewellery items in accordance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, repair, and resize various types of jewellery
• Perform tasks such as casting, waxing, filing, polishing, and setting
• Create custom pieces based on customer specifications
• Use specialized tools to solder, weld, engrave, and finish jewellery
• Adhere to jewellery industry standards and regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Professional qualification in jewellery manufacturing

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in specific artisan techniques (e.g. casting, setting, polishing)

Skills:

• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Computer literate
• Knowledge of industry tools, techniques, and health/safety standards

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in jewellery manufacturing
• Ability to meet production targets and train junior staff
