Job Description: We are seeking a results-driven Team Lead to oversee and guide our Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) in achieving credit card sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a proven track record in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of DSAs to consistently achieve monthly sales targets for credit card products.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance and expand market penetration.
• Supervise daily sales activities, ensuring adherence to internal policies and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct regular training sessions, provide ongoing coaching, and motivate team members for continuous improvement.
• Analyze customer behavior, competitor strategies, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive performance reports to senior management.
• Cultivate a positive, high-performing team environment that fosters collaboration and accountability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit card sales, including at least 1 year in a team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in leading field sales teams in the UAE banking sector.
• Certification in Sales Management or Leadership is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
• In-depth understanding of DSA operations, compliance standards, and credit card sales processes.
