Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Finance Manager will be responsible for planning, organising, and managing the finance and accounting functions. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with international accounting standards, and the provision of high-quality financial analysis to support decision-making and risk management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management and accounting operations.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports and statutory submissions.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and international accounting standards.
• Provide strategic financial advice and risk assessments.
• Oversee effective people and capital management within the finance division.

Qualifications & Experience

• Membership with BICA at Fellow level is essential.
