Job Description:
We are looking for a warm, friendly, and professional Hotel Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests. The successful candidate will ensure an exceptional guest experience through efficient front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and check-in guests with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle reservations, calls, and inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Manage billing and payment processing.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and local attractions.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ front desk or reception experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in hotel booking software and Microsoft Office.
- Well-groomed and presentable.
