Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a private residential estate in Gaborone. This role involves facilities management, security coordination, landscaping oversight, and ensuring a well-maintained and secure living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage maintenance and operations of the estate.
- Supervise staff and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and environmental standards.
- Oversee budgeting and expense control.
- Coordinate landscaping, waste management, and infrastructure upkeep.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities or Estate Management.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in estate, facilities, or property management.
- Leadership, budgeting, and problem-solving skills.
- Driver’s licence essential.
