Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead the culinary team, design innovative menus, and ensure a world-class dining experience across the group’s hospitality establishments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations and culinary teams.
- Design and update seasonal menus.
- Maintain quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Manage kitchen budgets, food cost control, and procurement.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality.
- Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in fine dining or hotel kitchen management.
- Strong leadership and creativity.
- HACCP or Food Safety certification advantageous.
