Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Market and sell insurance products to individuals, families, groups, and communities
- Provide clear client education on insurance benefits and policy requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct field marketing presentations and community outreach activities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Submit accurate activity and sales reports
- Deliver exceptional customer service and post-sales policy support
Minimum Requirements
- Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in Long-Term Insurance (mandatory)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Previous sales or insurance experience will be an added advantage
- Must be committed, motivated, and willing to work in the field
