We are seeking a Senior IT Technician with 10 years of experience and a diploma and degree in a related field. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in IT systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance, with the ability to handle complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support and troubleshooting for internal systems.
• Maintain and upgrade hardware and software systems.
