Freedom 77 Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a prominent diamond cutting and polishing company in the industry. The organization is seeking experienced and talented professionals to join their growing team in the following positions:

1. Managing Director

Experience: At least 15 years in the diamond industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead operations, ensuring efficient production management, administration, and business operations.
• Oversee company strategy, performance, and growth.
• Manage and negotiate rough procurement with DTCB (Diamond Trading Company Botswana).
• Drive business expansion and profitability.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in the diamond industry.
• Proven experience in production management, administration, and operations.
• Strong expertise in DTCB sight negotiations.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.

2. Quality Controller

Experience: At least 10 years in the diamond industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all diamond sizes meet the highest quality standards.
• Inspect and monitor the quality of both round and fancy diamonds throughout the manufacturing process.
• Implement and maintain quality control systems and standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in quality control within the diamond industry.
• Experience working with all diamond sizes.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.

3. Supervisors – Full Stone Manufacturers (Round & Fancy Diamonds)

Experience: At least 10 years in diamond manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage teams involved in full stone manufacturing, focusing on round and fancy diamonds.
• Ensure stones are manufactured to the highest quality and precision.
• Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to timelines and specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in full stone manufacturing, particularly for round and fancy diamonds.
• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team.
• Extensive knowledge of diamond grading and manufacturing techniques.

4. Driver (With PRDP License)

Experience: At least 5 years of driving experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport employees and goods as required.
• Ensure the vehicle is properly maintained and operational.
• Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Valid PRDP (Public Road Driver’s Permit) license.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Knowledge of local roads and safety regulations.
• Reliable and punctual.
