Job Description:

We are seeking a commercially driven Brand Executive to support the growth of a leading beauty portfolio. The role bridges marketing and commercial functions, helping execute brand strategies, boost visibility, and optimize performance across online and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Execution

• Implement comprehensive 360° marketing plans aligned with global guidelines
• Oversee in-store activations, digital campaigns, and promotional schedules

E-commerce Management

• Ensure optimal online brand presentation (product pages, pricing, content, stock)
• Drive performance per digital partner to grow rankings and market share

Sales & Performance Tracking

• Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and support accurate forecasting
• Develop joint business plans and annual agreements with key retail partners

Promotions & Campaigns

• Assist in trade promotions and marketing activities to drive sales

Competitor Monitoring

• Track trends and competitor activity to deliver data-driven recommendations

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with supply chain, commercial, and customer service teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 4–7 years of experience in beauty or retail brand management
• Solid knowledge and experience in skincare preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in both e-commerce and retail environments
• Strong track record of growing product performance metrics (sell-in/sell-out)
• Fluency in Arabic and/or French is a plus
