Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director to lead factory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving company performance, aligning operations with strategic objectives, and ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the company
• Implement and oversee execution of company strategies
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and manage key stakeholder relationships
• Analyze company performance and propose solutions for improvement
• Maximize yield and profitability of polished diamonds
• Evaluate and improve operational efficiency within the factory

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Commerce or related degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional qualifications in management or operations

Skills:

• Strategic planning and execution
• Leadership and people management
• Strong analytical and operational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business tools

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 10 years' experience in the diamond cutting and polishing industry
• Proven leadership experience in an executive or managerial role
