Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Head (Operations) to oversee and manage the company’s operational activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, financial operations, leadership, reporting, and driving overall organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the operational functions of the organization, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that contribute to overall company growth.
• Oversee financial operations and reporting mechanisms.
• Ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of operational activities.
• Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team.
• Inspire and influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Implement organizational best practices to improve productivity and profitability.
• Report directly to the executive board with accurate and insightful performance data.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc, or MA) in Business Administration or related disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of advanced courses in Leadership and Strategic Operations.
• 10 to 15 years of experience at an Executive level in operational leadership roles.

• Exceptional business acumen and strategic planning abilities.
• Outstanding operational execution and organizational skills.
• Well-developed leadership and management skills at the top management level.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Demonstrated gravitas and the ability to inspire, influence, and lead diverse stakeholders.
