Job Description:
As part of our CSR initiative, were supporting a client to hire
two of the most recent Civil Engineering graduates. The successful graduates will rotate across design and site teams to gain exposure to planning, setting-out, QA/QC, contract administration, and HSE. Youll work under Professional Engineers, contribute to live projects, and build a strong foundation towards ERB professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with site supervision and setting-out (survey checks, level control, as-built records).
  • Prepare drawings, redlines, and revisions in AutoCAD/Civil 3D; help compile bar bending schedules and quantities.
  • Support measurement, take-offs, cost/variation logs, and progress valuations.
  • Contribute to method statements, ITPs, quality checklists, and materials certificates.
  • Maintain site diaries, RFI registers, snag/punch lists, and HSE observations.
  • Collect and analyse test results (concrete, compaction, materials) and file QA documentation.
  • Draft weekly/monthly progress reports with photos, programme updates, and risks.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants; attend toolbox talks and technical meetings.
  • Uphold safety, environmental, and quality standards on all tasks.

Required Qualifications:

  • BEng/BSc in Civil Engineering (Class of 2024 or 2025).
  • Eligible for ERB Graduate Engineer registration (or in progress).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework or exposure to Civil 3D, MS Project/Primavera, and basic surveying.
  • Valid Class B drivers licence.
  • Prior industrial attachment/internship in civil works (roads, structures, water) is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Strong numeracy, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
  • Clear written & verbal communication; confident report writing.
  • Teamwork, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
  • Safety-first mindset and solid work ethic.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Relevant Experience:

  • 01 year (including industrial attachment/attachments) in civil engineering design or site environments.
