Job Description:
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for ensuring the proper maintenance, safety, and functionality of the organization’s properties and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage building maintenance, repairs, and services.
- Oversee security, cleaning, and support staff.
- Plan and manage budgets and service contracts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Implement energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in facilities or building management.
- Budgeting and contractor management experience.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
