Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Shopping Centre Manager to oversee operations, tenant relations, leasing, and customer experience for a prominent shopping centre in Gaborone.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day centre operations.
- Manage tenant relations and leasing agreements.
- Drive footfall and revenue through marketing and events.
- Monitor budgets, service contracts, and financial performance.
- Ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are met.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Degree/Diploma in Property, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in retail property or shopping centre management.
- Strong commercial acumen and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
