Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketer to assist in executing comprehensive marketing strategies, coordinate digital campaigns, and optimize CRM and customer outreach efforts. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of both traditional and digital marketing techniques and a passion for analytics and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy

• Support execution of marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Contribute ideas to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement
• Analyze market trends and liaise with external agencies

1. Campaigns & Content

• Plan and execute both digital and offline marketing campaigns
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms
• Manage content calendars and facilitate approval workflows

1. Digital Marketing & CRM

• Handle social media platforms, email campaigns, and paid media efforts
• Utilize CRM tools for customer segmentation and targeted messaging
• Analyze customer data to support upselling and customer engagement strategies

1. Performance Tracking

• Monitor marketing KPIs and provide actionable insights
• Coordinate with external agencies for campaign tracking and performance reports

1. Event Support

• Oversee marketing support for events and brand activations
• Ensure cohesive brand presence across all customer-facing touchpoints

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing and CRM systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with content creation tools and marketing automation platforms
• Experience working with external marketing agencies

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner in charge to lead and grow the team, manage client relationships, and contribute to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional people management and business development skills, along with the ability to drive team growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Partner to grow and develop the Business Process Solutions team.
• Understand client needs and design work programs, manuals, and processes to meet these objectives while adhering to compliance standards.
• Oversee task allocation, supervise team members, and review their work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Lead the development of new business portfolios and segments, working closely with senior leadership.
• Lead training initiatives and actively mentor team members to support their professional growth.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for new business and enhance client satisfaction.
• Manage the team’s budget and work collaboratively to achieve financial targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional qualification such as BICA, CA, ACCA, ICZA, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 12 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven expertise in business development and building new business.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Prior experience in an accounting firm or similar high-caliber accounting environment is preferred.

Core Competencies:

• In-depth working knowledge of IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and Botswana GAAP.
• Expert-level proficiency in CaseWare and IFRS financial statement preparation.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero.
• Comprehensive understanding of Botswana Taxation and VAT.
