Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead the sales and marketing team, develop advanced strategies utilizing modern technologies, and oversee operations in Botswana and the SADC region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement advanced marketing strategies to guide the company's sales and marketing initiatives.
• Lead and train a team of sales representatives throughout Botswana.
• Manage marketing efforts within Botswana and expand to the SADC region.
• Travel to regional offices to oversee and support marketing efforts.
• Ensure growth in retail and international sales.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
• A minimum of 20 years of work experience in marketing and sales within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 10 years of management experience.
• Exposure to international sales and marketing.
• Retail experience is an added advantage.
