Job Description: The Sales Administrator will provide essential support to the sales and real estate team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining accurate transaction records, ensuring CRM data accuracy, and assisting with financial and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and follow up on sales-related documents in coordination with agents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on the CRM system.
• Handle timely invoicing, receipting, cheque deposits, and keep accounting records aligned with statements from the Accounts Division.
• Draft and edit letters, contracts (SPAs, RFs, addenda), and other real estate documentation.
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about real estate forms (Forms A, B, F, I) and laws.
• Manage online listings across platforms such as Property Finder and Dubizzle.
• Coordinate property photo shoots and ensure marketing materials are available.
• Prepare monthly commission sheets and support disbursement processes.
• Maintain a clear and organized filing system for all documentation.
• Manage internal and external communication, including emails and correspondence.
• Assist and support the sales team in daily operational activities.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or real estate administration certification is a plus.
• Proven administrative experience in real estate or a related industry.
• Familiarity with real estate transaction documents and online property platforms.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in real estate within the UAE market.
• Understanding of real estate contracts and procedures.
• Knowledge of UAE property laws and RERA documentation requirements.
