Job Summary:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing operations, servicing industrial kitchen equipment, and marketing cleaning products and food-safety services. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales and marketing skills to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and repair electrical equipment in industrial kitchens.
• Market cleaning products and provide food-safety services to customers.
• Manage daily operations and customer relationships.
• Support the growth of the business through strategic planning and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Environmental Health Technology or a comparable qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in cleaning, servicing/repairing equipment, and marketing within the food and hospitality industries.

Skills:

• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Sales and marketing expertise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage operations effectively.

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to oversee operations at the Maun branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise branch staff and coordinate with managers across locations to implement schedules and procedures.
• Service Delivery Management: Ensure timely completion of services and deliveries while addressing any service shortfalls.
• Staff Communication: Host monthly team meetings to address challenges and opportunities, maintaining a record of action points.
• Scheduling Oversight: Manage job-card scheduling and ensure readiness of stock and equipment for weekend operations.
• Hands-on Support: Provide direct support to the team to ensure timely and high-quality service completion.
• Client Interaction: Conduct site walk-throughs for new contracts and ensure quality checks for all client services.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce safety policies, provide regular training, and report any incidents promptly.
• Client Relationship Management: Regularly engage with high-value clients to ensure service excellence and strong relationships.
• Data & System Management: Utilize management tools to monitor service delivery, track stock, and maintain accurate records.
• Vehicle & Equipment Management: Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles and equipment, and enforce driving regulations.
• Issue Resolution: Perform risk assessments and root cause analyses to resolve operational issues and drive improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in the pest control industry.
• Certification in Structural Pest Control (NQF4) and Field Pest Biology (Food Safety and HACCP, NQF5).
• Certified fumigator.
• Experience in training and mentoring service professionals.
• Proficiency in pest control methodologies and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) systems.
• Knowledge of local chemical regulations and pest control operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Business acumen, including budgeting, financial management, and sales forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and scheduling/reporting tools.
• Valid driver’s license (minimum 5 years, clean record).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Sales and management experience.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar software.
• Willingness to work evenings or weekends as needed.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
