Job Summary:

The Regional General Manager – North will oversee and lead multiple restaurant clusters in the northern region. Reporting to the Group General Manager, the role involves strategic planning, execution, and team leadership to ensure operational excellence and profitability across the stores. The successful candidate will focus on delivering exceptional standards, motivating teams, and driving performance within budgeted goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire regional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Implement operational strategies to ensure world-class service and brand consistency.
  • Manage budgets and resources to deliver maximum returns.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to develop and execute financial plans.
  • Develop and train teams to build a successful business culture.
  • Examine and implement improved operational procedures for increased efficiency.
  • Ensure operational standards, image control, and team support structures are maintained.
  • Foster a strong, customer-focused team culture based on core values of trust, growth, and teamwork.
  • Work flexibly and travel as required to support regional operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a General Manager or Operations Manager role within a multinational food services franchisor.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • A Master’s Degree.
  • Experience with multi-brand restaurant operations.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and operational management skills.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and internet for presentations and reporting.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and passport for travel requirements.
