Job Summary:
A well-established educational institution is seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Head to manage the operations of a pre and primary school. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, oversee academic programs, and ensure the effective functioning of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the school.
• Provide strategic leadership and ensure alignment with the school’s mission and vision.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality education in line with the PSLE curriculum.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment in a multicultural school setting.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Education (a degree in Education Management and Leadership will be an added advantage).
• At least 5 years of experience as a School Head in an English Medium school.
• Experience working in a multicultural school environment.
• Aged between 45 and 55 years.
• Possession of Permission to Teach is an added advantage.

Competencies:

• Strong team-building skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the PSLE curriculum.
• Resilience and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
• Knowledge of psychosocial support strategies.
