Freedom 77 Recruitment is seeking candidates to work for a reputable educational institution. The organization is seeking a qualified and experienced Institution Manager to join their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the institution.


Job Summary:
The Institution Manager will be responsible for managing institutional activities, ensuring compliance with educational standards, and maintaining smooth operational processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the operations of the institution.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  • Coordinate with staff, students, and other stakeholders for effective operations.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree in Institution Management or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in institution management.
  • BQA Evaluation Report.
  • Assessors and TOT (Trainer of Trainers) Certificate.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Additional certifications or experience in the educational sector will be an advantage.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage a team efficiently.
