Job Summary:
We are looking for qualified professionals to fill the following roles:

1. Chief Accountant
This role involves overseeing all financial and accounting functions of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and managing forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all aspects of finance and accounting functions.
• Ensure effective internal controls and compliance with GAAP/IFRS and regulatory laws.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgeting, and consolidation reporting to Directors.

Required Qualifications:

• Fully qualified CA/CPA/CMA in good standing.
• At least 3 years of progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and governance.

2. Business Intelligence Analyst
This role involves analyzing data to determine business performance, developing insights, and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use analytics tools to analyze data and determine business performance.
• Transform raw data into insights, reports, charts, visualizations, and forecasts.
• Develop metrics for performance assessment and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Create procedures and policies for data collection and analysis.
• Analyze market and competitor data to support new product and service development.
• Design and develop synchronized shopfloor management and strategic retail pricing.

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Additional certifications related to SQL, cloud computing, and data analysis are desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in a relevant field.
