Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our growing Advisory Services team as an Assistant Manager – Transaction Advisory. This is a dynamic opportunity for someone passionate about corporate finance, deal execution, and building strategic client relationships. You will lead and manage Transaction Advisory engagements, including financial and commercial due diligence, business valuations, M&A advisory, and capital markets transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Transaction Advisory projects across various industries
- Perform financial and commercial due diligence on both buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Conduct valuations of equity and fixed income instruments
- Provide M&A advisory services and support capital raising and restructuring initiatives
- Lead and mentor junior staff while fostering a high-performance team culture
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Contribute to business development activities and thought leadership
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CA, CFA, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA in Finance or related field
- Prior experience in a professional services or Big Four advisory environment
Skills:
- Strong financial analysis, valuation, and modeling skills
- Excellent understanding of corporate finance, M&A, and capital markets
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and presentation abilities
- Project management and multitasking under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant financial tools
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum of 4–6 years in Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, or a related field
- Experience in both buy-side and sell-side transactions, valuations, and due diligence
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality outputs
