Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced General/Country Manager to manage operations in Botswana. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional managerial skills, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to work long hours, including weekends. The role involves building strong relationships within the mining industry and overseeing the supply of Safety, Security, and Smart Range Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Build and maintain relationships in the mining industry.
• Lead the provision of Safety Equipment, including Roll Over Protection Systems (HALO Specific) and Emergency Equipment.
• Oversee the supply and management of Collision Avoidance, Auto Electrical, Renewable Energy, Fleet Management, and Smart Range Equipment.
• Ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency across the company.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
• Lead the operational strategies for various equipment supply services and ensure alignment with industry needs.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in General Management.
• Previous experience in building businesses from the ground up is highly advantageous.
• At least 3 years of experience in the following fields:
  • Safety Equipment (Roll Over Protection Systems, Emergency Equipment)
  • Mining
  • Collision Avoidance
  • Auto Electrical
  • Renewable Energy
  • Fleet Management
  • Security Equipment (e.g., Securi Lid, Cari-On Racks)
  • Smart Range Equipment (e.g., Smart RSI Canopy, Service Toolbox)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with strategic leadership and business scaling.
• In-depth knowledge of safety and security equipment and related services in the mining sector.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Financial acumen and business management skills.
