Job Summary:
The Technical Operations Manager will oversee and manage the technical operations of the extruded snack production line. The role involves optimizing production processes, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, while driving innovation and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee technical operations in the extruded snack production line.
• Develop, implement, and optimize production processes for efficiency and quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges to minimize downtime.
• Lead and mentor technicians and operators for smooth operational performance.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards, quality assurance protocols, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with R&D and other departments to innovate and improve snack products.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in an extruded snack manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong technical knowledge of extruded snack production machinery, processes, and quality control systems.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
