Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor will provide cost management support across major construction projects, ensuring accuracy in estimates, cost control, and tendering.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
- Manage cost control and variations.
- Liaise with contractors and project teams.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
- Diploma or BSc in Quantity Surveying (MSc advantageous).
- Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience.
- Proficiency in QS/estimating software.
