Job Description:
The SHE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental standards across the Group’s portfolio to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce SHE policies and procedures.
- Conduct safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate SHE training and awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
- Diploma/Degree in Safety, Health & Environment or related field.
- 3+ years’ SHE experiences, preferably in multi-site environments.
- Knowledge of SHE regulations and ISO standards.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
