Job Overview:
As the Director of Finance, you will ensure that all local and corporate policies, procedures, and agreements are observed by finance and management personnel. You will safeguard business assets and financial resources to ensure they are used to maximize profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the monitoring, controlling, and recording of all sales, purchases, salaries, and expenses.
• Prepare and oversee monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee financial management and business performance reporting.
• Assist in establishing policies, rules, and internal controls to ensure profitability and operational control.
• Manage cash planning and review cash positions to optimize fund usage and minimize cash holding.
• Maintain communication with auditors and implement agreed-upon recommendations.
• Monitor budgets and report any major deviations.
• Ensure timely tax payments and filing of related reports.
• Implement necessary changes in response to new tax laws and accounting policies.
• Recruit, train, develop, discipline, and evaluate the finance team.
