Job Summary:
We are seeking two experienced chefs specializing in Chinese traditional cuisine. The successful candidates will have expertise in preparing authentic dishes such as Peking Duck, Grilled Fish, and Kung Pao Prawns, with a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Chinese traditional dishes to a high standard.
  • Ensure food preparation meets safety and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing traditional Chinese cuisine.
  • Proficiency in cooking dishes such as Peking Duck, Grilled Fish, Kung Pao Prawns, and other traditional recipes.
