Freedom 77 Recruitment is seeking candidates to work in a precast flooring and concrete company in Gaborone, Botswana, in hiring experienced professionals for the roles of CAD Designer and Project Engineer.


Job Summary:
The company is seeking two highly skilled professionals with a background in the pre-tension precast industry to take on the roles of CAD Designer and Project Engineer. These positions require candidates who can work independently on projects from measurement and design to final drawings and project management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently on projects, from measurement and design to final drawings and project management.
  • Liaise with clients and oversee construction projects.
  • Utilize CAD software to create designs and generate drawings.
  • Have good operating knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pre-tension precast industry.
  • Recognized Engineering and/or CAD qualification.
  • Good operating knowledge of PLCs is a prerequisite.


Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and design skills.
  • Ability to manage and lead projects independently.
  • Excellent communication skills for client liaison and project management.
