Job Summary:
A dynamic and hands-on Operations Manager is needed to manage operations and drive business growth in servicing customers within the food and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, customer service skills, and a strong ability to market cleaning products and food-safety services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations and ensure the effective delivery of services to clients in the food and hospitality industries.
• Perform hands-on cleaning, servicing, and repair of electrical equipment in industrial kitchens.
• Market cleaning products and food-safety services to customers in the food-preparation and hospitality sectors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and food safety regulations.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma in Environmental Health Technology or a comparable qualification.
• A minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in:
  • Cleaning, servicing, and repairing electrical equipment in industrial kitchens.
  • Marketing cleaning products and providing food-safety services.

Skills and Attributes:

• Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
