Job Summary:
We are urgently seeking two chefs with a minimum of 10 years' experience in preparing Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisines. The ideal candidates will possess a strong culinary background and expertise in preparing diverse cuisines to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental dishes.
• Maintain high food quality and presentation standards.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and safety protocols are followed.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory and staff coordination.
• Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as a chef.
• Expertise in Indian, Chinese, Tandoor, and Continental cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.
