Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Marketing and extensive experience in operations management within the manufacturing sector.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure efficiency across the organization.
  • Manage customer relations and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Handle office management and production planning tasks.
  • Oversee warehouse management and ensure smooth logistical operations.
  • Lead and mentor staff to optimize performance and meet operational goals.


Required Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing.
  • At least 12 years of experience in operations management, specifically in a manufacturing environment in Botswana.
  • Strong experience in customer management, office management, production planning, and warehouse management.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the plastic industry.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Experience with strategic planning and process improvement.
