Job Description:
We are recruiting for a Technical & Production Manager to lead and manage operations at a cement production plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring production performance, plant reliability, HSE compliance, cost efficiency, and delivery of high-quality products on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end plant operations and production processes.
• Drive initiatives for productivity improvement, asset reliability, and safety compliance.
• Oversee plant maintenance, engineering, and production teams.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Implement process improvement and optimization strategies.
• Report directly to the Managing Director on plant operations and performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Specialized knowledge in mechanical or production processes.
• Advanced training in project or operations management.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.

Relevant Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience in cement, mining, or heavy industry production.
• Proven exposure to motors, bearings, kiln management, and plant reliability.
