Job Summary:
The Senior Commercial Manager will identify opportunities to expand the business through partnerships, mergers, and new markets while ensuring daily operations are productive and sustainable. The candidate will analyze sales, market trends, and financial performance, and work towards optimizing growth and performance for the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to expand the business through partnerships, mergers, and new market opportunities.
  • Analyze sales, marketing, and financial reports to provide insights for improving performance and maximizing growth.
  • Maintain productive and sustainable relationships with existing clients.
  • Manage daily operations, including employee training, contract negotiations, and production planning.
  • Assess risks involved with new initiatives and ensure that deadlines are met.


Required Qualifications:

  • Basic Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance.
  • A Master’s Degree in a related field would be an added advantage.


Experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of experience as a Commercial or Financial Manager.


Skills:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines.
