Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee retail and marketing targets for an automotive chain store in Botswana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and retail operations, with the ability to drive performance and achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage retail operations and ensure marketing targets are met.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor store performance and provide guidance to teams to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in Engineering.

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 to 5 years of work experience in a similar field, preferably within the automotive or retail industry.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed retail and marketing targets.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
