Job Description:
The Site Engineer will oversee and manage construction activities, ensuring projects are completed successfully, on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical advice and guidance to construction crews and subcontractors.
• Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Oversee the planning and execution of road construction projects.
• Ensure construction work adheres to design specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress, issues, and resolutions.
• Perform other assignments as needed to meet service requirements.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Highway Engineering or a related field.
• Fully registered with ERB and in possession of a Professional Practicing certificate.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
• Preferably a citizen of Botswana.
• Minimum of 10 years as a Site Engineer, with at least 7 years in road construction.

Skills & Competencies:

• Leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
