Job Description: We are seeking a certified and experienced Skylift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating elevated platform equipment in compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Skylift S70 XDT equipment effectively and safely
• Conduct daily maintenance and safety inspections
• Adhere to all health and safety protocols while working at heights
• Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment care

Required Qualifications:

• Cherry Picker Certificate (Skylift S70 XDT)
• Valid driver’s license
• Working at Heights certificate

Preferred Qualifications:

• Risk assessment and safety planning training
• Knowledge of Botswana MQWM Act

Skills:

• Equipment handling and routine maintenance
• High safety awareness and risk mitigation
• Strong attention to detail

Relevant Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Skylift Operator
