Job Description:
Plan, coordinate, optimise, and manage mechanical services across operations and maintenance, ensuring network availability, quality of supply, and safe, efficient delivery of site-wide projects (including concentrator interfaces).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fixed/mobile plant maintenance strategies and work management.
- Manage reliability, spares, contracts, and statutory compliance.
- Drive cost/availability KPIs and shutdown planning.
- Coordinate mine-wide mechanical projects and improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
Skills:
- Maintenance strategy, reliability, SAP/CMMS, project execution, leadership.
Relevant Experience:
- 10+ years in the mining industry, preference for open-pit environments.
