Freedom 77 Recruitment is seeking candidates to work for a healthcare provider in Letlhakane/Orapa seeking a qualified Principal Pharmacy Technician to join their team.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Principal Pharmacy Technician with at least 10 years of work experience in a managerial position. The ideal candidate must be registered with the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC) and be able to mentor junior pharmacy technicians and interns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor junior pharmacy technicians and interns.
• Ensure efficient operation and management of the pharmacy.
• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventories and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a managerial position in pharmacy.
• Registered with the Botswana Health Professions Council (BHPC).
• Strong mentorship and leadership skills.
